This item is a birch wood snus box. The snus box is inscribed with the Swedish phrase "TAC EN PRIS! TACK GODT SNUS" and roughly translates to "Take a prize! Take a good snus" in English. The box is made entirely from birch wood, including the hinge.
This item has just over 40 Victorian-era picture brass buttons attached to beaded elastic cording. Each button is attached to the beaded bracelet with a beaded elastic loop, which resembles a crocheted loop stitching.
